So finally the leakster MMXNewscaster has indicated that soon Micromax will come up with their first windows phone. We already informed our readers about this in a separate post where we have depicted all the plans of Micromax in 2014.
FYI Micromax has also launched their smartphones in Russia and I personally thinkthese phones will be released in Russia too.You might have seen various mobile manufacturing companies presenting Android phones in the market. But how many of them are into Windows OS phones?
Well primarily just one and that’s Nokia.

If Micromax at this time starts producing Windows operated phones into the market they will be having just one big competitor and that is Nokia. Other mobile companies have their Windows phone in the market but they have just 2-3 phones in the market currently.
HTC is also having good number in Windows phones but the phones are quite costly.Only Nokia have various range of Windows devices in the market.
Micromax has seen that in spite of Android craze among users people also prefer windows OS phone.
Talking about India they have nearly captured the smartphone market and I’m sure they are going to beat Samsung soon and capture the first position.FYI there are some reports regarding Nokiathat they are coming up with their first Android phone.
I read somewhere regarding Nokia Normandy (Nokia X). Not sure whether it is just a rumor (Update: Nokia X has been launched).If today Micromax jumps into windows devices they will face a tough competition from Nokia. Micromax may be having strategies in their mind how to get into this.
