Micromax Canvas Win Windows phone 8.1 Smartphone
The Windows 8.1 running Smartphone is named as Micromax Canvas Win. It will come in 2 variants.
One is a 4-inch and the other sports a 5-inchdisplay.
The 4" will come for Rs.6,500 & the 5" Canvas Win is priced at Rs.9500.
Micromax initially wasn't in the list of official partners of Microsoft Windows 8.1 runningsmartphones. But after, few high-profile meetings, Micromax partnered with Microsoft forlaunching Windows 8.1 runningsmartphones.We had revealed the advent of a Windows Phone on21/07/2013 (Windows Micromax Smartphone - leaked first onnet)and also got some images of the first ever Windows phonefrom our sources, but are restricted to disclose for specific reasons.A1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 Quad core processorcoupled with1GB of RAMwill run the Canvas Win.
Internal Storage is of8GB.The handset will supportexternal card of up to 32GB. The touch screen will be a5 inch supporting resolution of 1920 x 720 pixels IPS Display.Also included are a8MP rear camera(Auto Focus) with flash and a front camera of2MP resolution.
The devices are being designed by both MMX and designers, engineers from Nokia and are expected to sport a unibody design.It features a faux leather finish at the back, as seen on the Micromax Canvas Elanza, which gives a premium feel.
The Micromax WP 8.1smartphonewill house a2000 mAh battery.
